Reduce “Noise” and Improve Your Organization’s Decision Making
If we could only remove bias from our decision-making, both conscious and unconscious bias, the decisions we make would be so much better. And that’s true… up to a point. There is something else, however, we need to consider, and that is noise. And wherever there’s a judgment being made, there is noise, and more of it than we think. That is a topic of an absolutely fascinating new book called Noise: A Flaw in Human Judgment.
