It is said that ballet is a dance executed by the human soul, and that ballet dancers are among the greatest living athletes. American Ballet Theater, located here in New York, is considered to be one of the great dance companies in the world. And in 2006 by an act of Congress, it became America’s National Ballet Company. It’s a great pleasure to have with us their Executive Director, Kara Medoff Barnett.
