Ana Reyes, Founder and Executive Director of I Challenge Myself, Joins Denver Frederick
Have you ever really challenged yourself, both physically and mentally, to achieve a feat which at first glance looks beyond impossible? My next guest saw a newspaper ad for a charity bike ride from Boston to New York – all 286 miles – and took up the challenge even though she had not been on a bike since junior high school. The end result was an organization called I Challenge Myself. And it’s a pleasure to have with us its Founder and Executive Director, Ana Reyes.
